Position Title: Administrative / Sales Representative

Skills and Requirements:

• Self motivated.
• Excellent communication skills – Over the phone and email.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to problem solve and perform professionally in a variety of situations.
• Enjoy helping people.
• Technologically savvy – Use of invoicing / reporting software, Microsoft Word and other online programs (training  provided)
• Participate in weekly team meetings and reviews.
• Enjoy yourself at team outings and activities!

Description of Duties:

• Communicate with our customers to explain our unique removal process and service benefits. 
• Provide over the phone / email estimates, and communicate pricing in a professional and transparent manner.
• Use company CRM (customer Relationship Management) Software to create new client accounts, schedule jobs, email estimates, and generate reports.
• Update and maintain accurate customer accounts – CRM
• Maintain curent Social Media accounts and respond to questions on a variety of different contact platforms such as Messenger, and Yelp. 
• Submit orders for various office and truck supplies as needed. 

Compensation: 

$16 / Hour

We provide our customers with simple and affordable disposal solutions. Unwanted junk such as furniture, appliances, renovation material, and electronics are carefully removed from a customers home, property or business and sorted for recycle, donation or proper disposal.

Atlas Junk Removal is a proud sponsor of the Victoria Surfrider Foundation, an environmental non-profit organization devoted to preserving the world’s oceans, waves and beaches. Volunteer sourced beach clean-ups take place on a monthly basis along Victoria’s coastline and assist in the preservation and protection of the places that truly define Vancouver Island.

In early 2015 we stepped in to volunteer our disposal services, providing a riposte to the hundreds of pounds of garbage pulled from the beaches at every turnout. We are excited about our continued involvement with Surfrider, and the opportunity to help positively influence the community, and keep the beaches clean!
